Overview

daalu — Documentation

Intelligent IT operations: connect your infrastructure, let AI watch it, and act with a human in the loop.

This is the complete guide to daalu. It’s written for technical readers — engineers, SREs, and platform teams — so it doesn’t shy away from architecture, APIs, or the occasional curl. It covers the product end to end: what it does, how to wire up your infrastructure, how the AI Factory turns your GPUs into a private inference tier, and how billing works.

Looking for internals? This handbook is about using daalu. The deployment topology, source layout, and tenant-isolation proofs live in the separate Engineering & Operations manual.

Conventions

  • Bold marks UI elements — click Save changes.
  • Inline code is for things you type: hostnames, fields, commands.
  • “Quoted labels” are exact menu items and button text.
  • Callout boxes flag the important bits:

Tip — a shortcut or good default. Warning — something that can bite you. Why it matters — the reasoning behind a design choice.

  • Diagrams are written in Mermaid and render on the docs site. Screenshots will be added as the UI settles.
